We are seeking bussers for all shifts: AM/Dayshift/PM available
We are seeking staff for all restaurant outlets on the property; Spotted Donkey Cantina, The Grill, and Palo Verde Restaurant.
Responsibilities:

We are seeking staff for all restaurant outlets on the property; Spotted Donkey Cantina, The Grill, and Palo Verde Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
- Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.
- Keep kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and trash emptied.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.
- Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies.
- Assist cooks and wait staff as requested.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Executive Chef and/or Director of Dining Services.
