Our Spa Boutique is looking for a Supervisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth operation of the Spa Boutique and all associated areas.
- Performs the day-to-day chores and maintenance of upholding the look of the Spa Boutique.
- Focuses on servicing the members and guests that come into the Spa Boutique and all their retail needs.
Essential Functions:
- Managing inventory control and responsible for the overall look of the Spa Boutique daily.
- Follow through with member and guest special orders as needed.
- Promote teamwork amongst the retail staff.
- Work closely with and take lead from the Spa Manager.
- Greet and welcome all persons entering the Spa Boutique.
Specific Position Tasks:
- Know all the merchandise in the Spa Boutique, and its selling points and use this information in sales.
- Straightening, cleaning, and arranging merchandise in displays.
- All merchandise will be brought out to the floor and displayed in size runs where applicable.
- Merchandise on shelves will be stacked in uniform rows even with the front edge of the shelf.
- Glass and plastic shelves will be dusted daily.
- Glass cleaner and the wood cleaner must be used weekly in these display areas.
- Checking/receiving/pricing merchandise as it comes in.
- Greet members by name.
- Change displays daily/weekly.
