About the Job:
We are seeking a highly professional Spa Lead Supervisor to organize the overall daily operation of our luxury Resort Spa and maximize financial performance. You will be responsible to continually deliver outstanding guest experience, upholding quality standards and compliance to all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Spa and Fitness with a strong focus on maintenance, cleanliness and safety. Maintaining orderly and neat guest areas at all times.
  • Interact with guests and colleagues in a highly professional manner.
  • Resolve any guest issues calmly and professionally including billing and challenges.
  • Have a pulse on what is going on throughout the spa in all areas – reception, fitness, locker, therapists, and retail.
  • Lead and supervise the Spa front desk operations ensuring excellent service standards.
  • Facilitate training and evaluations  of immediate front desk and locker teams.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor the books to ensure therapist schedules are balanced according to business needs.
  • Manage staffing levels and produce a schedule to align with labor standards and guest demand.
  • Perform opening and closing MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts as and needed.
  • Be available at the front desk, locker desk, and phones to assist with busy periods.
  • Implement SOPs and uphold these to ensure consistent service and procedures.
  • Produce weekly team schedules to meet both guest occupancy and labor standards.
  • Attend internal meetings as required.
  • Assess vacation/shift change requests in a timely manner and ensure these do not negatively impact the schedule or guests.
  • Timely completion of payroll punches, edits and documentation.
  • The ability to interview, train, motivate and build a team spirit. New Hire orientation and enrollment.
  • To assist the Spa Director in giving guidelines and direction for the development and effectiveness of the Spa operation.

Qualifications:
  • Highly organized and multi tasking abilities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in scheduling software and excel.
  • Experience in a supervisory role, managing and leading a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a Spa and Hospitality preferred.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
