We are looking for an individual with experience in hospitality, hosting rental properties, and managing reservations.
At the Boulders, we offer large villas for our guests and we need someone who can oversee the entire guest experience.
Villa Rooms Manager duties include:
- Managing reservations.
- Make sure each villa is held to our high standard of cleanliness and preparedness.
- Answering phone calls and helping with guests' needs.
- Providing an optimal and positive experience for each and every guest.
- Has a positive outlook and upbeat personality.
- Working and communicating with Villa owners to make sure they are maintaining the villas to our standards.
- Build and Maintain good communication and relationships with Villa owners to better serve our guests.
